Pisang Peak ClimbingPisang Peak Climbing (6091m) is one of the most demanded peaks in Nepal as this trekking trail is usually combined with Annapurna circuit trekking. Pisang peak is situated in western part of Nepal. It is one of the most popular adventures in Annapurna region. It is on the way to the famous pass of the world, lies at the opposite of Annapurna II, above the Marshyandi valley and offers you the good scope for exploration.

Pisang peak climbing begins from Besishahar and leads up through the thick forest that is rich in flora and fauna to the majestic peak of Mt. Manaslu and Lamjung himal. The trail passes through the Manang valley, which is rich in its unique culture and landscape that stretches to the Annapurna and Damodar peaks and finally to the Pisang peak. After making the round up to the area, the trail descends same way back to Kathmandu.

Trip Detail Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu Upon your arrival in Kathmandu, our Airport representative will meet you and transfer you to hotel. You will have time have a complete rest, in the evening you will have a welcome dinner at a traditional restaurant and you will spend over night at hotel.

Day 02: Kathmandu sightseeing You will have sightseeing tour around Kathmandu valley such as Pashupati temple, Boudhanath, Swayambhu and Kathmandu durbar square among others. Then, in the afternoon, you will make overall preparation of the climbing, you will meet your climbing leader and team members and spend your night in hotel.

Day 03: Kathmandu to Besisahar(823m) to Bhulbhule(810m) Our bus journey starts early in the morning. It takes some 7 hour and finally we reach at Besisahar (823m), the starting point our trekking. of your trek. Besisahar is the head quarter of Lamjung district, from where you can have a view of Lamjung Himal.

Day 04: Bhulbhule to Jagat(1310m) On this day,, we walk through normal road. Not so big ups and down. You will cross few suspension bridge, water falls, crosswise rice paddies and subtropical forest and spend a overnight at Jagat.

Day 05: Jagat to Dharapani(1960m) The day begins with normal and some area rocky trails following the Marshyandi River, you will enter Manang district steadily uphill Tal village. You will encounter with typical flat roofed stone houses of local Tibetans design and spend over night at Dharapani.

Day 06: Dharapani to Chame(2630m) On this day, you will have views of major mountains like Manaslu (8163m) Annapurna II (7937m) Cross pine forest. Chame is Headquarter of Manang district and you will spend over night in chame

Day 07: Chame to pisang(3300m) The day starts through deep forest in a steep and narrow valley; you will have views of rocky hills. You will be surrounded by Himalayan peaks all the way to Pisang. Three is two Pisang one is lower Pisang (3200m), another upper Pisang(3300m) and you will spend a night in Pisang.

Day 08: Upper Pisang to Pisang peak base camp (4380m) After acclimatization one day in upper Pisang then we continue our trekking to Pisang base camp. The trail then ascends through spares wood and pastures to kharka the best place for setting camp and we spend a night in tent.

Day 09: Base camp to high camp (5400m) After the breakfast, we go high camp and climb on the south west ridge of the peak, and then we descend down and spend a night in tent.

Day 10: High camp to Summit (6091m) to Base camp(4380m) On this day, we achieve our dream of summiting of Pisang peak. Your climbing guide will fixed the rope and lead you to the successful summit of Pisang peak and then we continue to our trail that leads to the final snow slop which is quite steep and more technical part to reach the summit. After the successful summit, you will be back down to the base camp and spend a night in tent.

Day 11: Base camp to Chame After the breakfast, through same way, we return back to chame. Chame is the Headquarter of Manang district and we take a hot shower, check internet, relax in good lodge and spend a night there.

Day 12: Chame to Jagat On this day, we return back to jagat and spend a night over there.

Day 13: Jagat to Kathmadu On this day, you walk one hour to shiri chaur than get a jeep to Besishar. From Besishar, you will catch a bus to Kathmandu.

Day 15: Departure day We will be transferred to the international airport for your departure flight to your onwards destination.

Note: This is only the tentative itinerary, we can modify or arrange as per your time and requirements.
