Can I get a visa, when my arrival in Kathmandu?

Definitely, you can obtain Nepali visa at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) Kathmandu, once you land in Nepal. The charge is the only US $ 50 for 60 days. You can get at least 60 days visa, even if you stay less than 60-day, you will be charged the same price.

Is Nepal safe for a woman traveling alone from your company?

Yes, of course, Nepal is like a peaceful country and therefore, here is safe than anywhere else in the world. As it is safe to travel with our company, many women from foreign countries either in a group or single have long been traveling through our company.

How is our guide?

Every member of our team, including a guide, is well experienced, helpful and friendly. Everyone is Nepali, but they have the thorough knowledge of history, skilled in different language and dialects, the majority of guides and team members are from the mountain region.

I want to go tea house (Lodge) trek, is it possible?

Normally, almost all trekking routes including the main trekking routes in Nepal are possible to go for a teahouse trek. There are lodges on the way, where you can sleep, eat and relax anywhere.

Do you pick up at the airport upon our arrival in Nepal?

Yes of course, we have airport representatives who come to pick you up at the airport and drop you after the end of trekking. For that what you need to do is, you have to send your schedule.

How is the electricity facility in Nepal?

We do have an electricity and internet facility. In most of the mountain area, there is the solar system.

When is the best time to visit Nepal for trekking, tours or mountaineering?

You can visit anytime around the year, but the best time for trekking, tour or mountaineering is considered to be from September to December and March to May. During January and February, we recommended for low altitude trekking lower than 400m, where you can have tours or jungle safaris.

What kind of equipment should I bring?

Different kinds of equipment are required for different trekking routes, therefore, we request you to check the lists of equipment or email us.

How long should I walk every day during the trek?

Every day, we expect 6 to 7 hours walk. But you can walk 10 to 14 hours a day as well. All our Itineraries are flexible, we can rearrange as per your capacity and time.

What kind of equipment do you provide?

We provide you the sleeping bag and down Jackets. For camping trek, we provide tents, mattress, and kitchen equipment. All the equipment are of a good quality. You can bring trekking shoes, trekking poles, your personal equipment and climbing equipment, as you want. But, remember that different kinds of equipment are required at the different time and different trekking routes. We request you to email us.

What kind of insurance should I need to do before coming to Nepal? Is it possible to do insurance there?

We suggest to you that it will be easier to arrange insurance before you leave your country. We do not arrange here. If you do it, in your country that would be better. The main thing is you make sure that insurance covers both medical and immigration costs.

Do your staffs have Insurance?

All our team members have a good insurance in a good insurance company in Nepal.

Do your staffs have good equipment?

Yes, all our staff such as guide cook Sherpa porters are well equipped. We have partnered with Porter Assistance project in Nepal. We supply all equipment from there, besides, that we know good management company for required equipment if we need more.
