The government and tourism department of Nepal announce “Visit Nepal 2020” after the year 2011. Tourism is an important financial sector In Nepal. Nepal has a relative advantage in tourism due to Its Natural, Cultural, Historical, Religious, Ethnic products and its geo-political location. Nepal government wanted to accommodate two million visitors amid the year of “Visit Nepal 2020”.
1. BUDDHA BIRTHDAY PLACE !
Buddha (also known as Siddhartha Gautama) was born in the UNESCO World Heritage Sites Lumbini around 563 BC. This area is as expected a huge Buddhist pilgrimage site, mainly to Maya Devi Temple.
